I first decided to allow Richard to build and manage my website after he carefully listened to the needs of my business and shared his thoughts about my website. What appealed to me was both his thoughts about the website design but also his thoughts about how to help me build and maintain an internet presence.

I liked the fact that I did not have to pay a one-off lump sum but rather a reasonable monthly sum, which includes not only the initial design of the website but also its ongoing maintenance. My business is not a static entity and making sure the changes are reflected through my website was very important to me.

Richard has provided me with excellent service. He makes the updates I request quickly and without fuss, he is easy to get hold of when I need to discuss something, and he has always been both personable and professional in all our dealings.
